1. Introduction

Welcome to HaritaZen (the "Site", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.haritazen.com and any purchases you make on the Site. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display product details and images accurately. However, colors may vary due to screen settings and product specifications can change. Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason (including pricing errors or lack of stock). Once accepted, we will send an order confirmation to the email provided.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Shopify Payments) to process card and UPI transactions. We do not store your complete card details. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise specified.

Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Shipping times and costs depend on your location and selected courier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Risk of loss or damage to Products transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages at delivery and report visible damage to the courier and to us immediately.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a standard 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products (unless otherwise stated on the product page). To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain products (eg. opened personal care items, intimate products) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons — check the product page for exceptions.

To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us at haritazen@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges may not be refundable.

9. Order Modifications

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications once the order is processed or shipped.

Products are sold "as is" except where expressly warranted. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information but do not guarantee error-free content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HaritaZen, its employees, officers and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
