Cancellation Policy

At HaritaZen, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and how cancellations are processed.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been processed for shipment, whichever is earlier.

2. Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product (subject to our Return & Refund Policy).
3. COD Orders
COD orders can be cancelled within the allowed cancellation window. We request customers to avoid placing COD orders if they’re unsure, as repeated cancellations may affect future orders.
4. Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed timeline, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Automatic Cancellations
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment is not completed
- The shipping address is incomplete or unverifiable
- The product is out of stock
- The order is flagged for security or verification reasons
In such cases, any payment made will be refunded as per our refund timelines.
6. Cancellation by HaritaZen
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues such as inventory errors, logistics constraints, or technical problems. Customers will be informed promptly, and refunds (if applicable) will be initiated immediately.
7. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order, please send us the following details:
- Order Number
- Registered Name
- Email / Phone Number
- Reason for Cancellation
8. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within:
- 5–7 business days for UPI, Wallets, Net Banking
- 7–10 business days for Credit/Debit Cards
