Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview
At HaritaZen, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our transparent and customer-friendly return, refund, and replacement process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is in original packaging (with all accessories).
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used personal-care or intimate products.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please be ready to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
4. Incorrect Product Received
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a quick replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours.
5. Return Process
- Submit a request: Email us at haritazen@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions.
- Pickup/Shipping: We will arrange a reverse pickup where available. In some locations, you may be asked to ship the product yourself; we will reimburse standard courier charges if the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- Refund/Replacement: Refund or replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallets (if used)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or UPI after you provide your details.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped (whichever comes first). Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Re-check your bank/UPI account
- Contact your payment provider (processing may take time)

9. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For other reasons, exchanges may be provided based on availability and case-by-case approval.
10. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
For all other returns (e.g., preference-based returns), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
11. Fraudulent Claims
We monitor returns to prevent misuse. HaritaZen reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for:
- Repeated return requests
- Items returned in used or damaged condition
- Claims without sufficient proof (photos/videos)

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
