Thank you for shopping with HaritaZen. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. We aim to offer fast, reliable, and affordable delivery across India.

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • EKart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for remote locations)

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • COD orders may require additional verification before dispatch.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: FREE or minimal charges depending on product weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee may apply based on location and order value.

Shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS with tracking ID
  • A link to track your shipment in real-time

You may also track it through the “Track Order” page on our website.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unreachable, the order may be returned to us.
  • For COD orders, repeated refusal may lead to blocking COD option for future orders.

8. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

HaritaZen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Unreachable phone numbers

Reshipping the order may incur additional charges.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at delivery:

  • Refuse to accept it
  • Take photos/video of the package
  • Contact us immediately

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. HaritaZen ships only within India.
